Welcome To Mitch's Volleyball Site

Home or Gym Volleyball Workout Here !!

Ok so here it is.   I will be turning 40 this year...I know!!  Uggghhh.  I thought I would tell you a little about myself and my volleyball experiences.  First and foremost;  I LOVE this game.   To me it doesnt matter if I was serving the winning point to advance my college team to the NCAA tournament or the joy of coaching my 8 year old daughter how to bump.  I really LOVE this sport.   I'm personally dedicated to the continued support and promotion of Coastal Volleyball.  As the current Head Coach for the Coastal Sharks 18's elite team, my goal is to develop the skill of each member of my team.  I joined the Coastal Coaching staff in 2008 coaching the clinic level 12-18's.   In the 2009-2010 season, I coached the Coastal Storm 18's elite team.  The team was very successful by all accounts.  The team won several tournaments during the season and ultimately placed 10th in New England out of 89 club teams!!  I could not have been more proud of them.

In this simple website I will try to provide my thoughts, ideas and feelings (my philosophy if you will) about individual and team skills that will provide a tremendous impact for volleyball players on and off the volleyball court!
